We want everyone’s visit to us to be as convenient and as accessible as possible. We will try our best to accommodate all visitors, if you have any special accessibility requirements please email us.
- Most of the areas of the site and our buildings have wheelchair access, with the exception of the first floors of the historic buildings.
- We have fully accessible toilets at four locations around the site: the Car Park, behind Sandling Farmhouse, behind Dotty’s Tea Room in the Court Yard and if you hold a VIP ticket, the Village Hall. Accessible ‘Portaloos’ will also be available in the arena.
- There is limited car parking for disabled visitors so please contact us to book a space. Drop-off points are also available near the entrance to the festival.
- Visitors that are registered as disabled are entitled to one free carer ticket, please contact us to book.
Please be aware that the festival site is located on a gradual slope, with flat areas at both the entrance and the Village Green located at the top of the site. There is a gradual slope in the main arena.
